Once you book your consultation you will receive a price and prep guide. Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, answer questions, and prepare for your session.
Your photoshoot is built around your needs, schedule and goals. Some clients may want multiple looks and more direction, while teams may need an efficient streamlined process during the workday. Capture Prime adapts to every situation while maintaining the same guided professional experience.
You will be able to review and select your favorite image during the session, so you leave knowing you have a headshot you feel confident about. Your selected images will then be professional edited and delivered with 24 hours. (Teams take 3-5 days.)

What should I wear for my headshot?

Avoid large logos, busy prints, or overly bright colors. Bringing a couple of outfit options can also help create more variety during your session.
How long does a photoshoot last?
Most headshot sessions last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the package and the amount of variety you want. Sessions with multiple looks, outfit changes, or more image options may take longer.

Can you come to me?
Yes — I offer on-location headshot sessions throughout the San Antonio area. I can bring a portable studio setup with professional lighting to your home, office, or preferred location.
On-location sessions are ideal for busy professionals, teams, or companies that want a streamlined experience without sacrificing quality. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements.
How many images do I receive?
Most professionals only need a small number of strong, polished images. For business profiles or LinkedIn, 1–3 images is usually enough for different expressions or uses.
Actors, creatives, or models may benefit from additional looks and more variety.
In most cases, it is better to have a focused set of high-quality images than dozens of similar shots.
How long will it take to get my photos?
You will review and select your preferred images immediately after your session. Final retouched images are typically delivered within 24 hours through an online gallery.
Why can't I just use my phone?
Phone cameras are great for everyday moments, but professional headshots are about more than camera quality. Lighting, lens choice, posing, expression, and retouching all play a major role in creating an image that feels polished and professional.
